John Baker (Age 30-50) A vice president of the Ashley Maureen Cosmetics Corporation. Hardworking, honest, straightforward and full of initiative. Because of his kind and gentle nature, he allows himself to be manipulated into compromising situations by the more dominant...
David McGrachen (Age 45-55) also a vice president of the Cosmetics Company, but more by guile and cunning rather than ability. He attempts to manipulate all those around him.
Tina (Age 20-35) The pretty country club receptionist. After a little too much champagne, she seems to have difficulty keeping all her clothes on. Bright, sexy, a bubbling personality.
Mrs. Carlson (Age 45-65) The country club manager. The guardian of morality for the country club, and she makes sure all her guests know it. Dominant, bossy, efficient, yet rather likeable.
Wilson (Age 60+) The country club handyman. A complete hypochondriac. You name it, he suffers from it. An endearing and comic character.
D.L. Hutchison (Age 40-60) The new president of the Ashley Maureen Cosmetics Corporation. She is bright, smart and self-assured, with a “take charge” nature.
Karly McGrachen (Age 40ish) Wife to David. Determined and calculating, yet with a tender side.
Laura Baker (Age 30-50) Wife to John. A pretty little thing who is somewhat dominated by the stronger character of Karly. A simple soul who just wants to love and be loved by her husband.

Singing Waitresses, Age 20-50
Bell: Loves Christmas and dresses like Christmas threw-up on her.
Holly: Ex-comedienne whose jokes have gone stale.
Joy: Youngest of the three and kind of dingy. No, REALLY dingy.
Bus Driver & Passengers
Eddie: Age 30-60. Bus driver who is high strung and somewhat of a herd. Loves Elvis.
Travis & Becky: Age 25-50. From the "country." Travis is an aspiring country singer (plays guitar).
Nick & Julie: Age 30-50. Professional people on the move. They have a son . . .
Eric: Age 15-25. Troubled young man who is mad at the world.
Henry & Margaret: Age 60-75. Retired and dealing with Henry's failing health.
Makenzie: Age 18-25. College student who is heading home for the Christmas holiday.
Non-singing
Harold: Age 40-70. Head angel and radio announcer.
Two extras: Man and woman age 20-30.
