Am I guaranteed my tickets if I order online?
All orders are confirmed via phone or email within 3 days. Should there be any problem with your order, including date or number of tickets selected, the box office manager will let you know as soon as possible to discuss alternatives.
How do I select my seats?
We will select the best available seats for you at the time of your purchase. All seats have the same price, and with the intimate setting of our stage, all areas have a wonderful sightline.
When will I receive my tickets?
All orders will be held at the Will Call window under your name. They may be picked up in person on the performance date.
Why is the on-line ticket price is higher than the box office price?
The Lofte is a non-profit organization. The $1.50 charge for online orders is to cover our online processing charges. The option to buy tickets online is provided for your convenience. If you prefer to pay by check and avoid the processing charges, please send the appropriate payment to:

Is buying tickets on-line safe?
We are using PayPal interface to process your credit card payment. Please, read here about PayPal's fraud fighting tools, technology and safety tips.
What if I find out later that I have a conflict on the date selected? Do I get a refund?
We will gladly exchange tickets prior to the date printed on the ticket for another available performance. In the event you are not able to use, give away or exchange your tickets, the amount of your ticket purchase, less the handling charge, can be converted to a tax-deductible donation to the Lofte, Inc., a non-profit corporation.
Can I purchase Lofte Season Ticket(s) on line?
At this time, Season Ticket purchases are handled via the box office and can be purchased up to the last performance date of the first show. Please e-mail LofteTickets@Lofte.com or call 402-234-2553 with your Season Ticket request and we will be happy to assist you with that purchase. We will be adding the option to purchase Lofte Season Tickets on-line in the future.
Can I purchase a Lofte Gift Certificate on-line?
Lofte Gift certificates are a great gift idea for any occasion!
Gift Certificates can be given in "single show" or "season pass" formats. After receiving their gift, the recipient must contact us to select the specific dates of the shows they wish to see.
Can I purchase tickets to other shows at The Lofte on-line?
Tickets to shows other than the four Lofte Season shows are available on-line. As shows additional shows and events are scheduled, these will be included in the on-line ticket ordering. Please note, tickets to shows other than the Lofte Season often have a purchase price different from the standard Lofte Season shows.
Can I make a financial donation to The Lofte on-line?
Tax deductible donations of any denomination are very much appreciated and are currently handled via the Box Office. Please e-mail LofteTickets@Lofte.com or call 402-234-2553 with your request and we will be happy to assist you with your donation.
Can Group Tickets be purchased on-line?
Group tickets (20 or more for the same performance) do receive a lower per-ticket price and are currently handled via the Box Office. Please e-mail LofteTickets@Lofte.com or call 402-234-2553 with your request and we will be happy to assist you with your Group Ticket purchase.
Can I use a credit/debit card to purchase tickets or make a donation at the Lofte Box Office?
Yes, the Lofte Box Office is now equipped to accommodate credit card purchases and donations. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards.
When is the Lofte Box Office open?
Our business manager is on-site to answer your questions each day from 9am-1pm. Also, box office staff are available one hour prior to each performance to answer your questions.
